7 Days a Skeptic is the second in a series of freeware horror games set in the world of the Chzo mythos. This game is set on a spaceship, 400 years in the future from 5 Days a Stranger. The series continues with Trilby's Notes.

Start

Go left, then after the cutscene go through the middle door. Use the panel next to the left door and talk to Barry, then go south and use the elevator. Select the Communal Deck. Go right and use the desk. After the message, leave the office and return to the elevator. Now go to the Engine Deck and go right twice.

Monday

Pick up the wrench set from the desk, then go left and try to use the elevator. Go through the right door. Use the food dispenser to get a continental breakfast, then eat the breakfast to get some butter. Use your wrenches on the hatch and go through the shaft, then go left and use butter on the object. Get the object (machete), then go back through the shaft, to the right, to the left, and into the elevator. Go to the Ops Deck.

Use the middle door to get to the bridge and talk to Serena and Angela. Leave the bridge and use the elevator to get to the Residence Deck. Go right and talk to Adam - say the communicators aren't working and you will get an airlock pass. Return left and use the elevator to reach the Engine Deck. Go right twice and examine the object to see it has been opened. Use your airlock pass on the right door. Open the closet and change into the EVA suit. Press the left switch then the right switch. Go right. Use your clip on the rail and walk all the way to the right. Use the rail to unclip yourself, then use your clip on the vertical rail and climb up the ladder.

Tuesday

Go left and use the elevator to reach the Engine Deck. Go right twice and use your airlock pass on the right door. Open the closet and change into the EVA suit. Press the left switch then the right switch. Go right. Use your clip on the rail and walk all the way to the right. Use the rail to unclip yourself, then use your clip on the vertical rail and climb up the ladder. Climb back down and continue down again. Walk right until you are level with the keyring below. Unclip yourself and use your clip on the keyring to get it. Clip yourself to the rail again and return left. Unclip yourself and clip yourself to the horizontal rail. Walk left, unclip yourself and go inside. Press the right switch then the left switch. Open the closet and change back into your uniform.

Go left 3 times and use the elevator to go to the Ops Deck. Open the middle door and use your keycard on the panel on the left. Get the codebook from the bed. Leave the quarters and give the codebook to Angela.

Wednesday

Go left and use the elevator to reach the Residence Deck. Go right and use the dispenser, then use your wrenches on the dispenser to find a severed hand. Go left and use the elevator to get to the Communal Deck. Open the second from right door to find the Sick Bay. Talk to William about everything, and he will give you a UV ray emitter. Leave this room and use the elevator to go to the Residence Deck. Go right and use the UV ray emitter on the dispenser. Enter the shaft and use the UV ray emitter on the wall - the trail goes upwards. Go right, then left and use the elevator to head to the Communal Deck. Use the UV ray emitter on the floor vent, then use your wrenches on the wall panel.

Thursday

Get the towel rail. Save your game. Talk to Angela. When Barry enters, quickly get the stun gun and use it on him. Leave this room and go right. Walk to the right of the large vertical pipe, and you will be hidden from view of Barry when he enters. After he stops in front of the reactor, use the towel rail on him.

Go left and use the elevator to go to the Residence Deck. Use the panel next to the middle door and you will get William to meet you on the bridge. Go right and enter the shaft. Talk to Adam and he will also agree to meet you. Go right, then left and into the elevator. Go to the Ops Deck, then use the middle door.

Friday

Go left and use your keycard on the panel on the left wall. Use the console, entering CAPTAIN, 280730 and 2. Head right and down, then use the elevator to go to the Residence Deck. Open the middle door to get the access card. Leave this room and use the elevator to reach the Ops Deck. Go through the middle door. Save your game. Go right. As soon as the hatch is opened, pull the lever next to it.

Saturday

Quickly use the chair three times to free your left hand. When William puts the scalpel on the trolley pick it up. When he comes back the next time, use the scalpel on him.

Sunday

Get the stun gun. Save your game. Whenever you see the bad guy today, shoot him with the stun gun and keep moving. Go left and use the elevator to go to the Ops Deck. Use the console, entering CAPTAIN, 280730 and 1. Head right and down, then use the elevator to go to the Engine deck.

Go right twice and use your airlock pass on the right door. Press the left switch. Open the closet and change into the EVA suit. Walk to the right switch and wait for the bad guy to arrive, then press the right switch to get sucked outside. Climb up the ladder and walk on to the holes. Wait for the bad guy to be near then walk right and he should get impaled. You will automatically pick up the idol. Climb down the ladder twice and use the idol on the exhaust. Return left. Unclip yourself and clip yourself to the horizontal rail. Walk left, unclip yourself and go inside. Press the right switch then the left switch. Open the closet and change back into your uniform. Go left to the cargo bay.
