The Central Dome
You will start on a floating platform and need to connect to the glowing connector on the right - this will identify you as Zel Winters. Check your mail to see you need to perform a complete check on the Zeppelin. Also view the previous message from JP, which contains a password at the end. Check the map to get an overview of the layout of this area. You can keep this visible as you walk around.
Make your way over to the large screen in the middle of the area. Watch the Cycorp presentation, which will explain the different vehicles, but then will be interrupted by a recording from Zel Winters. Now head to the Zeppelin Platform, which is to the north.
Connect to the interface on the side of the Zeppelin. Under inventory, run the diagnostic module. Step through each of the procedures and mark them as a pass. Back out from the Zeppelin and examine the other side of the small tower on this platform. Connect here and enter the password DEAD.
You will now be connected to the Global Communication Network (GCN). Look to the left and click on the floating JP icon, then click on the binoculars to get a new diagnostic module enhancer. In your inventory, drag this onto the diagnostic module to get an enhanced diagnostic module. Close this screen, then click on the floating hourglass logo (Cycorp), then select Exit and Logoff.
Return to the Zeppelin and connect again. Under inventory, run the enhanced diagnostic module. Step through each of the procedures and break them with the door open, docking mechanism released and engine running. Close the PDA and enter the Zeppelin. The next time you want to access the Zeppelin, you can just connect to it and click the new "Access" button.
Once you are inside, turn left and go towards the front, then click on the round flashing icon to hear the destination, and click again to travel.

Exit the Zeppelin and head along the walkway to the main platform. Go left then turn right and interact with the control to open the large doors, then go through to a large round room. Ignore the bridge for now and head left around the room to find the Auricle. Connect to this and run the Walter's Orders recording. All of the disciples in the room will now leave, and you will get Zel Winters' Databank in your inventory.
Return to the bridge and extend it, then cross over. Go around the central structure, then turn and open the door to head into a elevator and travel down.
Development Lab
Go down the stairs and approach terminal DL-01. Access the overhead cupboard just to the right of the terminal, and take the 4 radix capsules (drag them into your inventory). Now click on the glowing button on terminal DL-01 to see there is a terminal malfunction. Run the enhanced diagnostic module in your inventory and indicate that it failed - drag the working components down into your inventory.
Turn right and connect to terminal DL-02. Run the enhanced diagnostic module here as well. Drag the working components from DL-01 over the failed components in DL-02. Now press the reset button. Run one of the radix capsules in your inventory and it will be converted into a cygote. Return to the base of the stairs, then turn right and connect to the holographic simulation pod. Run the cygote in your inventory - it will identify that the lexicon is missing. Go up the stairs and use the elevator.
Central Hub
Walk straight ahead and board the Atlantis. Turn left and click on the round flashing icon to hear the destination, then click again to travel.
