Read the letter on the floor. Watch the television and pay attention to the 4 numbers displayed. Go to the green lockbox on the side table and open it with the code from the television: 4715. You will get a bathroom key from inside the lockbox.

Open the door to the right of the vase and you will enter the bathroom. Look at the man near the bath and grab the screwdriver. Open the medicine cabinet on the wall to get a lockpick.

Return out to the main area and enter the kitchen. Search the drawers to find a flashlight. Now go through the door to the left of the vase to find a bedroom. Look under the bed and take the garage door knob. Leave the bedroom again.

Next head through the bottom door into the garage. Pick up the sledgehammer from the red shelving on the left.

Go back to the bedroom again. Examine the closet and pick the lock using your lockpick, then break through the wall with the sledgehammer. Climb through the hole. Read another note on the floor, then pick up the crowbar. While you are here, look at the drawing and candles on the small table.

Escape

Head out to the garage once more. Examine the dog door in the bottom of one of the garage doors. Remove the 4 screws using your screwdriver, then pry open the door with your crowbar.

At the end of the conversation, either choose to quickly use the crowbar to attack the woman, or wait to be captured.
