Detective: The Motel

Downstairs

You will get an achievement for starting the game Welcome, and another for arriving at the motel The Motel. The rooms here don't have numbers on the doors, but based on a picture in one of the rooms, they are numbered 1-6 downstairs and 7-12 upstairs, both from left to right.

Room 1

Enter the first motel room on the left and look at the newspaper on the bench to the left - it has a date of May 7, 2016. Look in the cupboards to find an eviction notice. Go over towards the bed and examine the cell phone on the bedside table - go through all information on this. Now examine the laptop computer. Based on the password clue and the newspaper you saw, you can unlock the computer with the password 5716 You are not a hacker. Read the documents, then exit the computer. Leave this room.

Room 2

Enter the next mote room. Read the clipboard on the table and look at the advertisements on the notice board. Look at the laptop computer to see a looping video. Leave this room.

The next apartment serves as a kitchen and storage area, so you can skip this. The following room is the laundry - there is a Psychology magazine on a chair in here that you can examine. Rooms 5 and 6 are both locked and require combinations to access, so head up the stairs.

Upstairs

The first room on the right is locked, but you can enter the next one.

Room 11

Find a note from AB to Ivy beneath the armchair near the entrance. There is a bank card on the bench, which has a security code of 865. Examine the cell phone on the table and unlock it with the code 865 Flour stained. Go through all the information on the cell phone, then leave the room.

Room 9

Examine the bill on the floor as you enter this room. Look at the calendar to see that someone's birthday has been marked on it. Look at the paperwork on the desk. Use the phone on the bedside table to listen to a message, then examine the framed bill of sale on the wall above it.

The cell phone near the foot of the bed has run out of battery. Look in the shelving to see a photograph of Ivy Brown with a graduation gift, and a bottle with a note attached. There is a safe in the shelves that requires a 4-shape combination. Enter the bathroom and look at the note on the perfume bottle. You can work out the safe combination based on 4 pieces of information with associated dates that you should put in order:

• Diamond: Graduation gift (21 May)
• Circle: Bottle (4 July)
• Triangle: Perfume birthday gift (18 September)
• Square: Bill of sale (2 October)

Open the safe with this combination: Diamond, Circle, Triangle, Square Secrets. Take out a key and read a recipe for an infusion. Now you can leave this room.

Room 7

You will see the chalk outline on the floor in here. Read the diary beneath the table, paying attention to the order of seasons. Look on the floor outside the bathroom to find a knife Weapon. Back near the entrance of the room, adjust the pictures on the wall to be in this order: Spring, Winter, Autumn, Summer My vision.

Now you can open the drawers next to the bed and look at everything inside My family.

Downstairs Again

Go out to the parking lot and open the blue pickup truck (using the key from the safe in room 9) Pick up. Look at the pharmacy receipt on the front seat.

Room 5

There is a keypad on the outside of this room, with a diamond pattern above the lock. You need to look through the window and count items at 4 different locations:

• Bottom: 7 of hearts, the only red card on the table
• Left: 2 birds in the photograph
• Top: 3 blinks from the item on the shelves
• Right: 5 number on the painting

Enter the keypad combination 7235 What are you hiding?. Inside, look at the shooting session receipt on the floor. Take the keys from the bench on the left, then look at the roster next to them. Examine the laptop computer, reading all of the pages of messages. Next examine the cell phone and read all of the information on it. Search the lockers to find a wallet, and look at the ID inside.

Go back out to the parking lot and open the green car (using the key from room 5) Turin. Examine the gun on the passenger seat.
