The Descendant is an episodic adventure set in a post-apocalyptic future Earth. A group of Arks have been developed as underground bunkers to hold pockets of humanity in cryogenic storage, waiting for the fallout of nuclear war to clear. You play as Mia Howard, a janitor working in an underground Ark holding some of the chosen descendants of humanity, and Donnie, part of a search team trying to discovered what has happened to another Ark that has failed to open.
