The Charnel House Trilogy is a series of three point-and-click adventure games. You control Alex Davenport and Doctor Harold Lang through intertwining stories of psychological horror. There are 18 Steam Achievements, all documented in the walkthrough below.

Inhale

Go through the door next to the bookcase to have a shower. Search the pot plant twice to find a parcel (1/3). Use the crow phone to listen to the messages. Search the radiator twice to find another parcel (2/3). Go to the desk on the right of the room, and click on the lamp twice to find the last parcel (3/3) Special Delivery.

Use the tower to turn on the computer. When it turns on, use the keyboard. Now take the yellow note stuck on the tower, then read it in your inventory. Leave the desk and go over to the bookcase. Examine all of the books here Metafiction. Take the red book on the right and you will remember the password. Return to the desk and use the keyboard again Password Protected.

Go through the door next to the radiator to get some food. Try to open the cabinet beneath the crow phone, but it is jammed shut. Return to the desk and pick up Sam (the dog model). Use the dog model on the cabinet and you will get it open. Examine the cabinet and you will select a DVD to watch.

Answer the phone twice. Look in the bookcase and take the inhaler The Breathing Method. Now you will answer the door and get the package. Once you reach the train station, talk to Harold and give him the book The Librarian.

Sepulchre

Search your bag, then open the wallet in your inventory to find cash and a credit card. Leave your cabin, then examine the painting on the wall Old Gloria. Try to exit to the right, then go left and talk to the ticket inspector to get a key. Use this key on the door to the right. Try to go through the next exit to the right, but this is also locked. Try to use the key here, but it doesn't work.

Return left and talk to the ticket inspector again. Head right and go through door 2C. Talk to the man here Wormfood. Go back to the ticket inspector and talk to him again. Now go through door 1C. Pick up a paper dog from the table. Leave this room, then go right twice.

Talk to Floyd. Take the flask from the bar, then talk to Floyd again and give him your 5 pound note. After finishing your drink, take the whisky bottle. Give your credit card to Floyd, and you will be prompted for a PIN. Look at the museum ID card in your inventory and enter the number from this: 1318. Pour from the whisky bottle into the hip flask. Now head left out of this carriage Good Little Puppy.

Enter cabin 2C again and give the dog to Grub. Examine the ornate box on the table - rotate the gem twice and open the lid. Back out and leave the cabin. Go left and give the hip flask to the ticket inspector. Enter cabin 1B and pick up the book, then head back out and try to give this to the ticket inspector. Pick up the key to 2A from the floor here. Walk right and use this key on door 2A. Take the photographs from the table. Head back out and go left to the ticket inspector - he isn't there any more. Try to open the huge bag Pay It Forward.

Go right and enter cabin 2C again. Examine the ornate box again and take out the train. In your inventory, use the museum ID card on the toy train. Go back out and left. Use the control key on the control panel where the ticket inspector was standing earlier. Now use the control panel and the train will start picking up speed. Enter cabinet 1B In Brightest Day. Open the window twice.

Exhale

Leave your cabin, then go left and talk to Don about everything. Head right twice to reach the bar, then take the Bloody Mary Take The Edge Off.

Return left and enter cabin 2C. Talk to Lydia about everything, then leave the cabin and examine the painting on the wall, and look at it more closely. Go left and talk to Don, then give him your lighter. Knock on door 1B, then go right and try to open door 2C. Head right - after Robert leaves, examine the table and take the steak knife. Now return left and use the steak knife on the painting you examined earlier. Use the key that you find on door 2A. Inside, talk to Sofia, Carli and Isaiah Mean Girls.

Leave cabin 2A, then go straight back inside. Take the party hat and the green balloon, then leave again. Go left and enter cabin 1C. Search the seats on the right to find a phone Call Out. Leave this cabin, then enter cabin 1A. Once Robert is in front of the door, talk to him. Use your inhaler on him We All Float. Try to use the steak knife on him. In your inventory, combine the lighter and cigarette pack, then use your lit cigarette on him Eyes of the Gods.

Go right and enter cabin 2A to talk to Isaiah. Leave here, then enter cabin 2B and talk to Carli, Sophia and Grub. Give the lighter to Grub. Pick up the fallen change and give it to Carli Salvation of Judas.

Leave and go through the opened door to 2C. Talk to Lydia, then go back outside, left and into cabin 1A. Pick up the porcelain doll, then return to cabin 2C and give it to Lydia. Look in the huge bag, then use the party hat on it and you will retrieve your steak knife. Leave the cabin and go right. Talk to Floyd at the bar. After Robert arrives, complete the story with these options:

  • Your ex wife put her on the train to come meet you.
  • She wasn't on the train.
  • They never found her.

There is an achievement for choosing these 3 options Lydia's Story. Attack Robert with the steak knife The Ex.
